ParleoTerms and Payment
Public Offer. Effective from September 5, 2026.
This document is an offer to conclude an agreement for access to the Parleo service. Payment for a subscription signifies agreement with the terms below.
What you get
Access to a voice partner, a course of 24 topics, nine speaking games, a vocabulary with flashcards and repetitions.
Text conversation is free and does not require a subscription: up to fifteen responses per day without payment and registration. The subscription includes voice — recognition of your speech and voicing of Parleo's responses — and gives up to sixty voice responses per day. The "Super Parleo" plan gives up to one hundred twenty. This counter is visible on the app's main screen. When daily responses are used up, text conversation continues without limit. Voice returns the next day.

The free plan gives five spoken responses per day, unlimited text conversation, as well as scenes and lessons with voice acting. When the daily five are used up, Parleo continues to respond with text. Spoken responses return the next day.
The first three days after installation, full access is unlocked. The user enables it themselves in the app, once per device.
The term is counted from the date of payment. If the subscription is still active, payment extends it from the end date, not from today.
What happens when the subscription ends
Access remains: Parleo continues to respond with text for free, but a simpler model responds. Voice returns after renewal.
Payment
Payment is processed via YuKassa, the card is linked to only one payment: there are no recurring charges, the service does not store card data. A sales receipt is sent to the email address provided during payment — so it must be entered correctly.
Refund
If the subscription didn't suit you, write to support@engbuddy.ru. Money for unused days is refunded within ten business days to the same card: the cost of the days you already used, at the price of your plan, is deducted from the amount. Days you did not log in are considered unused.
What the service does not promise
- A specific English level by a specific deadline — the result depends on your studies.
- Uninterrupted operation: the service relies on external speech recognition and synthesis systems, and they are sometimes unavailable. Days when the service was down are added to the subscription period upon request.
- The accuracy of machine translation and corrections in each phrase.
