Any word can be saved for review
Tap a word in the answer — I'll show you the translation and a "To Dictionary" button. A saved word gets a card: picture, translation, example, audio.
Course of 24 topics
Topics range from introductions to work and health. Each has three lessons, each lesson has seven tasks: in three, you choose the answer; in three, you speak out loud. The seventh is a conversation with Parleo on the lesson's topic.

Each completed lesson adds points and extends your daily streak. The streak grows with the first lesson of the day. If you miss a day, the count starts over.

You play six games alone, and three more with company, passing the phone around. Parleo leads the game and decides who answered correctly.

Role-play conversation
You choose a scene, Parleo plays the other side: a waiter in a coffee shop, a hotel receptionist, a recruiter in an interview. It stays in character until the end of the conversation. There are thirty-six such scenes in the app.
If you don't know what to say, ask for a hint — Parleo will give you three phrases to choose from.
How much does it cost
Parleo without voice is free: you type a phrase, it responds with text and corrects mistakes. Fifteen responses a day, no card needed. The full plan includes voice: Parleo hears your speech and responds aloud, up to sixty responses per day. The "Super Parleo" plan gives up to one hundred twenty. The counter is visible on the main screen.
Super Parleo plan gives twice as much voice: one hundred twenty responses per day for 1,490 ₽ per month.
Renewal is calculated from the end date, paid days do not expire.
A lesson with a teacher in an online school costs from 990 to 1490 ₽ and is tied to a schedule: if you miss it, you reschedule. Parleo is tens of times cheaper and waits for when it's convenient for you: on the subway, in the kitchen, at one in the morning. You can say something silly and ask ten times — no one will frown. Do I need to register
No. You open it and speak. You'll need your email once — for payment, a receipt will be sent there.
Do I need a VPN
No. The server is located in Russia, payment is in rubles via YuKassa.
What happens when the full plan ends
The conversation won't be interrupted. Parleo will continue to respond with text — that's free. Voice will return after renewal.
Can I get a refund
Yes. Money for unused days is refunded within ten business days — write to support@engbuddy.ru.
Is there a phone app
Yes, for Android: the app is downloaded directly from our website, so it works even on phones without Google services. On iPhone, Parleo opens in the browser — there is no separate app yet.
What level can I start from
From zero conversational. At the "Beginner" level, Parleo speaks in short phrases and translates each of its lines into Russian.
